Description
HENRY, Circuit Judge. Defendant-appellant Jorge Zamudio Madrigal appeals his jury conviction for aiding and abetting in the possession of a controlled
substance with the intent to distribute under 21 U.S.C. 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. 2. Mr. Madrigal alleges that he was entrapped
as a matter of law, and was therefore entitled to a judgment of acquittal. Alternatively, he argues that the evidence presented
at trial was insufficient to prove his preDisposition to commit the offense beyond a reasonable doubt, and that the jury therefore
unreasonably rejected the entrapment defense. Mr. Madrigal also alleges that the district court abused its discretion by refusing
to propound his proposed questions during voir dire. For the reasons stated below, we affirm the judgment of the district
court in all respects.
